Can I shop in-store without an appointment?
Yes, you can shop in-store without an appointment for a range of products. Should you wish to explore our range of bikes in our Hampton Wick or Oakham stores please follow the steps below to book an appointment. Please note, our Electric Bike store does not operate on an appointment system. Should you wish to find out more about our bike consultation process in store please email email@example.com.
How do I book an appointment?

Can I pick a new bike up then and there?
We would always wish to build you a new bike based upon your measurements and sizing, ahead of taking a bike off the shop floor.
Do I need to provide a deposit when purchasing a bike?
A 10% deposit will be taken when the bike sales team representative arranges the collection appointment with the customer.
Can I try clothing on in-store?
Yes, you can. We encourage you to use our changing rooms in-store.
Our Hampton Wick store is offering a clothing department personal shopping service. This will cover the following categories: Clothing, shoes, helmets and eyewear. Appointments are one hour long and you will be expertly advised by a dedicated member of our clothing team on any of the categories that interest you. What finance options are available in the store?

I have a Cycle to Work Scheme voucher, can this be used in-store?
Yes, Sigma Sports are affiliated with Cyclescheme and Bike2Work scheme, vouchers from all of these schemes are accepted in store. Find out more about using Cycle to Work vouchers in-store.
How do I go about returning an item bought in-store?
To return an item purchased in one of our stores, please bring proof of purchase and original packaging in with you when you come to exchange the item(s). Please take a look at our returns page for further information.
How do I go about returning an item to the store-bought online?
Items ordered online may be returned to a store but will be returned to our head office to process the refund. Please bring proof of purchase and original packaging with you when you come to exchange the item(s). Please take a look at our returns page for further information.
Is it possible to exchange an item in-store purchased at Sigma Sports?

How do I know if an item on the website is in stock in the store?
Choose your preferred store and select a colour and size (if applicable) and we display the stock status on the respective product page. Please see below for an example.
Can I park my bike or car at the store?
Hampton Wick Store
We have limited bike parking in-store and have a small customer car park at the rear of the store that can accommodate five cars. There are also two car parks located just a few minutes' walk away.
There is 1-hour free parking available on Bennett Close which is a 3-minute walk to our store. On the opposite side of the road to our store on Old Bridge Street, there is a short stay Pay and Display car park which is a 2-minute walk.
Kingston town centre has several multi-storey car parks plus other parking facilities and these can be easily found by driving over the bridge and following the one-way system: the car park signs are clearly visible. It is only a short walk from the town centre over the bridge back to the shop.
Should you wish to cycle to the store there is a bike rack located outside the premises to allow you to park your bike.
We have limited bike parking in-store and bike racking outside the front of the store. Our car park, in front of the store, can accommodate up to six cars. The nearest public car park is next to the store, just off South Street.
We have customer parking bays immediately outside the collection point.
Electric Bike Store (Kingston)
We do not have in-store bike parking but there are bike racks located outside the store and we can provide locks if necessary. There are numerous public car parks in Kingston should you be visiting us by car.
