• Bike sale consultations: These are by appointment only. Appointments are one hour long and allow us to accurately identify the correct style and model of bike, as well as the size and initial set-up position. We will be running up to six consultations simultaneously. Up to two people can attend a consultation at the same time. • Clothing Department Personal Shopping: We are delighted to offer personal shopper appointments within our clothing department for the following categories: clothing, shoes, helmets and eyewear. Appointments are one hour long, where you will be expertly advised by a dedicated member of our clothing team on any of the categories that interest you.
