Founded on a design ethos of simplicity and utility, Patagonia has been manufacturing outdoor premium clothing and equipment over 45 years. Originally making equipment for rock climbers and alpinists, they have branched out into other ‘silent sports’ including cycling and running, bringing their philosophy of sustainability and expertise in technical clothing to bear in these other categories. Today they donate 1% of sales to environmental causes every year and are committed to using as much recycled and organic materials as possible throughout their products.
